Objectives

• To understand what assertiveness is

• To recognise your own behaviour and what influences it

• To gain techniques and strategies to become more assertive

Learners will gain a 'badge' on their profile upon completion of each week. A Change Agents UK Skills of Assertive Behaviour Certificate will be earned upon satisfactory completion of all tasks in the course. 

This forum is for participants to use after the course is finished for ongoing support and sharing ideas about assertiveness. You can also find pdf downloads of the presentations from Modules 1, 2 & 3 from the Skills of Assertive Behaviour course.

The skills you learn on this course are generalizable to making the business case for any project internal or external.
