Objectives

• To understand what assertiveness is

• To recognise your own behaviour and what influences it

• To gain techniques and strategies to become more assertive

Learners will gain a 'badge' on their profile upon completion of each week. A Change Agents UK Skills of Assertive Behaviour Certificate will be earned upon satisfactory completion of all tasks in the course.

• To understand a generic framework for Project Management

• To gain confidence in being a Project Manager

• To gain tools and techniques that can be applied in workplace
